Orders and Payment

Payment must be completed using one of our approved payment methods before production begins unless separate credit terms have been approved in writing. Artwork Submission and Proof Approval
Customers are responsible for providing artwork that meets our production requirements. Before manufacturing begins, a digital proof may be provided for customer approval. Production will begin only after final approval has been received. Once artwork has been approved, Custom Mailer Boxes is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof. Additional proof revisions requested after approval may result in production delays or additional charges. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review every aspect of the proof, including:
- Spelling
- Grammar
- Dimensions
- Colors
- Bleed areas
- Logo placement
- Images
- Product specifications
Intellectual Property
Customers retain ownership of artwork, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property they submit to us. You agree to indemnify and hold Custom Mailer Boxes harmless from any claims arising from customer-provided artwork or intellectual property. By submitting artwork, you confirm that:
- You own the necessary rights to use the submitted materials.
- The submitted materials do not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights.
- You authorize Custom Mailer Boxes to reproduce your artwork solely for the purpose of manufacturing your order.
Production and Manufacturing
Estimated production times are provided for convenience only and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates. Commercial printing naturally involves minor variations in color, cutting, folding, alignment, coatings, and dimensions. Such variations are considered acceptable industry standards and do not constitute manufacturing defects. Production schedules begin only after:
- Payment has been confirmed.
- Artwork has been approved.
- All order specifications have been finalized.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping dates provided by Custom Mailer Boxes are estimates based on information available at the time an order is placed. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, we cannot guarantee delivery schedules once a shipment has been transferred to a third-party carrier. We are not responsible for delays resulting from:
- Weather conditions
- Customs inspections
- Transportation disruptions
- Carrier delays
- Natural disasters
- Labor disputes
- Government actions
- Other events beyond our reasonable control
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment has been delivered to the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses.
Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Because every product is custom manufactured according to customer specifications, returns are generally not accepted. Customers must inspect their order promptly upon delivery. If a manufacturing defect or production error is discovered, customers must notify us within five business days of receiving the shipment. Claims should include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the products
- Photographs of the shipping packaging if damage occurred during transit
After reviewing the claim, Custom Mailer Boxes may choose to:
- Replace the affected products.
- Issue a partial refund.
- Issue store credit.
- Provide another reasonable resolution.
Refunds will not be issued for customer-approved artwork errors, incorrect information submitted by the customer, normal manufacturing tolerances, or delays caused by shipping carriers.
Order Modifications and Cancellation
Customers may request order changes before production begins. Once manufacturing has started, modifications or cancellations may not be possible because materials and production resources have already been committed. Approved cancellations may be subject to administrative fees, design charges, or costs already incurred.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide complete and accurate information when requesting quotations or placing orders. Failure to provide required information may delay production. You are responsible for:
- Verifying artwork accuracy.
- Reviewing proofs before approval.
- Providing correct shipping information.
- Ensuring submitted artwork complies with applicable laws.
- Maintaining communication throughout the production process.
Limitation of Liability
