User Conduct:
When users provide the information regarding their design, it must be free from copyright. The material should not contain offensive, indecent, and objectionable content. We don’t have any control over the content posted by the users on our website. In case there is any misleading content, you can report that to us, and we will take appropriate actions. When you place an order, you agree to the fact that you are of the required legal age and can present yourself in court. Limitation Of liability:
We are only responsible for the mount you paid for the order, not above that. In case of wrong use of the website, any viruses on your system, or mistakes made by you, we are not liable for that. We, our system, employees, partners, and vendors are not responsible for any indirect damage, data loss, or delays.
Payments, Order Placements, And Cancellations:
In order to place an order, you are obliged to fill the form so that we can know your order requirements. We start working on your order after receiving the payment through a verified channel. We send you the file, and after final approval we send the file for printing. Once the order reaches the printing stage, you only have 4 hours to cancel the order with 20% deductions from the total amount of your order. You can also cancel the order after 24 hours of the printing process but with 50% deductions from the order payment. Once the order is shipped, you can’t cancel it even if it faces delays due to any unusual circumstances that are not in our control.
Return And Refund Policy:
Our return and refund policy is as follows:
- We don’t offer any cash refund in case the customers don’t like the order because of a change of mind.
- In case there is a printing mistake, we will reprint it for you.
- Repost to us about the issues in the product within 2 business days for further procedures.
- For reprinting, you return 99% of the products within 10 days.
- For express reprinting and delivery, we charge extra depending on the order.
Product’s Color Accuracy:
- You must fill out the form with exact details of the order, such as design, color, and artwork. You must fill out the job specification sheet for custom rigid boxes. You should review and approve these before we send them to the manufacturer.
- We don’t claim exact color matches, as colors can vary to some extent on the screen and in print. Moreover, final finishing and coating can also affect the color gradient.
- We don’t charge for repainting in case you are not satisfied with the color.
- In case of a hard print sample, we claim that the color will be the same as provided.
Customer Content:
All the artwork and designs are to be presented in CMYK format and a resolution of 300 DPI to avoid blurry text or printing errors. We can decline the printing design if it has any offensive or illegal content. Moreover, we assure your data is safe and confidential, but we can disclose the content in the following cases:
- Required in a lawsuit
- If it goes against our policies
- If it violates the rights of a third party
- To protect our website “Custom Rigid Packaging”
No liability For Errors:
Custom Rigid Packaging is not responsible for the following errors in the product:
- Text mistakes: If there are spelling, font, or punctuation mistakes,
- Faulty graphics: Overprinting and mistakes in artworks
- Cracks: Any cracks in the boxes or coating
- Color changes: Any change in the color due to a difference in printing
- Size difference: Changes in the dimensions of the product
Indemnity:
By placing an order at Custom Rigid Packaging, you agree to indemnify and defend our company and its team from the legal issues, attorney fees, and financial damage caused by breaching the terms and conditions on your side. This also includes if someone sues your company because your order went against the law or contained graphics that went against our website’s policies as well.
Printing And Material:
We can use any printed technique that we think is best for your order. We let you decide which material you want. If you want food-grade material, you have to inform us in advance, as we don’t use it for regular orders.
Order Quantity:
We deliver the exact number of products that you have ordered. But as there is a 5% chance of under- or overruns, it is advised to order 10% extra than the required amount to avoid any inconvenience.
Delivery Time:
We give you the date for the shipping and delivery of your order after receiving the order. We usually deliver within the time that we have claimed. However, in case of unforeseen circumstances, we are not responsible. We offer free shipping in the USA, but outside the USA, you have to pay delivery charges as well as customs charges.
