UV COATING
UV coating is fast-drying as it is cured under ultraviolet light. This coating is available in gloss and matte finishes.
SPOT GLOSS UV

SILK LAMINATION
Silk screen is one of the premium options that is available in matte and gloss. It has a peach skin texture that gives a premium feel.
OFFSET PRINT
A rubber blanket and a printing plate are used to print via offset printing, which gives high-end designs and is the best option for large runs.
DIGITAL PRINT
This printing method is the perfect option for a cost effective method that requires no printing plates. Designs are transferred electrically and are good for small runs.
UV PRINT
It gives a glossy finish to the printed design as it uses UV light to cure the inks.
WATER-BASED INK
This is one of the highest sustainable printing methods that uses water-based colors and gives vibrant designs.
SOY / VEGETABLE INK
Soy inks are also sustainable as they are made of soy or other vegetable oils. These inks are vibrant and have a premium color output.
OIL BASE INK
This is an excellent option for high-quality printed design, but oil-based inks are not sustainable.
PANTONE INK
Color consistency and precision are attained with PMS inks that are high quality and have a specific color code for a specific hue.
PANTONE METALLIC INK
This is a specialty ink that is manufactured with different color formulas and is excellent for luxury packaging.
HOT FOIL STAMPING
Hot foil stamping is a form of relief printing in which foil is transferred to the material surface at high temperature.
COLD FOIL PRINTING
In this method foil is transferred to the substrate by pressing the foil on UV curable adhesives.
BLIND EMBOSSING
Blind embossing is done to create a raised motif at the front of the packaging material.
BLIND DEBOSSING
In this method, a recessed motif is done at the front of the packaging material.
REGISTERED EMBOSSING
Here, the die is pressed at the back of the paper, which creates a raised motif.
COMBINATION EMBOSSING
Combination embossing creates a raised 3D motif that has a foil on it. It is a combination of embossing and foil stamping.
WINDOW PATCHING
Different window shapes are created that are covered with a plastic film to showcase the product inside the packaging.
SBS C1S
It is a premium-grade material that is coated on both sides to give high-quality printing.
SBS C2S
This is a premium-grade material that is bleached and coated on both sides for high-end graphic printing.
CCNB
CCNB is a paperboard with 90 percent recycled paper pulp with a white surface that allows high-end printing.
FULLY RECYCLED CCNB
It is also a 90 percent recycled option that is coated to enhance printing.
NATURAL BROWN KRAFT
This is natural brown kraft paper that is manufactured with virgin paper pulp and coated for printing.
WHITE KRAFT
This is the bleached variation of kraft paper that is also coated for printing.
BLACK KRAFT
This type of kraft is dyed with black color and has a mix of virgin and recycled pulp.
UNCOATED UNBLEACHED KRAFT
Uncoated bleached kraft is a mixture of virgin and recycled paper and is used for a maximum sustainable packaging without the application of coating.
CLAY-COATED KRAFT BACK
Clay-coated kraft is bleached at the upper surface to make it highly potent for printing. The bottom of the paper is unbleached.
CLAY NATURAL KRAFT
Kraft paper is uncoated and has one surface bleached and the other one unbleached.
METALLIC
This is an especially paper that has a gloss or matte metallic laminated surface. It is used for luxury packaging.
HOLOGRAPHIC
It is also a special paper due to the application of a holographic laminated surface.
TEXTURED
Textured paper is a premium-grade stock that is mainly used as an external liner of rigid boxes.
NATURAL KRAFT BOARD
This is an uncoated paper manufactured from non-bleached kraft fluted paper.
OYSTER WHITE BOARD
The Oyster whiteboard has an off-white or ivory surface that is used when high-quality printing is required on the textured paper.
KEMI WHITE BOARD
Kemi whiteboard is a semi-gloss liner board. It has a remarkable white color with a smooth finish that allows high-quality printing.
BLEACHED WHITE BOARD

SINGLE FACE
This corrugated material has a single fluted layer and a liner board.
SINGLE WALL

A-FLUTE
