The following is our return and refund policy:
No cash refunds:
We don’t offer cash refunds, also, if you don’t like the product because of a change of mind. If your order has a printing error, we will reprint that for you.
Report early:
If there is any printing error in your order, you have to report the issue within 2 working days of receiving the parcel.
Product return:
In order to qualify for reprinting, you have to return 99% of the items received within 10 business days.
Rush deliveries:
In case of an urgent order, there will be extra charges that will be non-refundable.
Color accuracy:
- We will give you a product specification form, which you need to fill out carefully when you place an order. It has details regarding the designs, color, and other order details. You have to provide the accurate details because once it goes to the printing process after your approval, we cannot make any changes. We are obliged to provide you with the order based on instructions on that sheet.
- Digital screen proofs are done to determine layout, text, image placement, and proportions. They don’t give a 100% guarantee of the color match because digital screens show a slightly different color tone than press printing.
- If you add different coatings or finishing touches such as matte or glossy lamination or other techniques to your order, the color might change slightly.
- There will be slight changes in the color because of limitations of the printing inks and machinery. When you place an order, you agree that we will not be held responsible for slight color changes or asked for reprinting.
- If you want an exact color match, you must request a hard copy first. In that case we will guarantee that the color will exactly match the sample color. There will be extra charges for physical hard proof.
