Each unit undergoes splash testing, electrical safety, and EMC evaluation (in accordance with CE/ETL/IEC 60335 standards). All core components—compressor, heat exchanger, circulation pump, and controller—are subject to 100% incoming inspection and full barcode traceability. This ensures rapid cooling, stable operation, and low-noise energy efficiency within the 3–10 °C temperature range (with optional R290 eco-friendly refrigerant). With these hardware and quality control capabilities, we deliver plug-and-play, durable, and reliable cold plunge solutions for gyms, rehabilitation centers, and premium home users.

Cold Plunge Products Manufacturing Process

MKD has the advantage of OEM/ODM customized services, providing cold plunge products of specific size, power and design to customers around the world, demonstrating our flexible production capabilities.

1. Raw Material Preparation

According to the design drawings and process requirements, prepare stainless steel plates, insulation materials, refrigeration components, electrical control units, piping, and decorative panels. All materials must undergo quality verification to ensure compliance with anti-corrosion, waterproof, providing a solid foundation for subsequent production.

2. Stamping and Forming

Cut and stamp the stainless steel sheets to the required dimensions to form the basic inner tank structure of the cold plunge. This process is performed using CNC stamping and bending machines to ensure dimensional accuracy and smooth edges, providing standardized components for the following welding and assembly operations.

3. Inner Tank Welding

The pre-formed stainless steel panels are welded into a sealed inner tank using TIG (argon arc) welding. All weld seams are ground, polished, and treated for corrosion resistance to ensure a smooth, leak-free surface. After welding, the tank undergoes a water leakage test to verify sealing reliability.

4. Assembly and Sealing

Install the welded inner tank into the outer frame, fill the cavity with polyurethane foam insulation, and sequentially assemble the refrigeration system, water circulation system, electrical control panel, and sealing components. All joints are coated with waterproof sealant or fitted with sealing rings to ensure insulation, waterproofing, and moisture protection of the entire unit.

5. Performance Testing

Conduct full-system debugging and performance testing, including cooling speed, temperature control accuracy, water pump circulation efficiency, and electrical safety performance. During testing, monitor operational noise and power consumption to ensure the unit operates stably and achieves the target temperature range.

6. Packaging and Shipping
